Orders are shipped within 2-5 days from order receipt 

Delivery is usually within 2-5 business days, based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

We do not ship to PO boxes

We guarantee packages are in good order when picked up by the carrier but cannot take responsibility for this point forward. Residential deliveries do not require signature and will be left in a location at the driver's discretion. 

Custom orders including stamps, embossers and select custom print orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer per their shipping terms. You will not incur additional shipping charges for the separate shipment.
