Wedding Stationery Printing With Your Design

Designed it in Canva? Bought a template on Etsy? Working with your own designer? We'll professionally print your artwork on premium papers and envelopes, with expert guidance every step of the way.

If your project falls outside the options included here and requires more specialized sourcing or quoting (i.e., other card sizes, folded cards, etc.), we’re happy to explore them with you. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to begin that process and will be applied to your order.
A suite can include
- Your save-the-date
- 5x7" flat card wedding invitation
- A2 (4.25x5.5") "details" flat card with information like hotel accommodations, directions, etc.
- 4Bar (3.5x4.875") flat card with RSVP details
- A7 envelope, optionally including a printed liner or printed with guest addressing
- Optionally, a rehearsal dinner card (typically A6 (4.25x6.25")
- Accessories to tie it all together like a belly band or gate-fold vellum wrap, ribbon or wax seal
- Personalized thank you cards
Preparing Your Artwork
Please review our Print File Specifications before submitting artwork. All files must be print-ready when submitted. This means your artwork is complete, correctly sized, includes the required bleed, and keeps all important text and design elements within the recommended safe area without requiring any changes by you or On Paper.
All photos and pixel-based artwork (including JPGs, PNGs and most AI-generated images) must be at least 300 effective DPI at the final print size.
A note about “high-resolution” and “print-ready” files: Some websites, design platforms, marketplaces and AI tools may describe a file as “300 DPI,” “high resolution” or “print ready.” Unfortunately, this does not always mean the photos and artwork within the file have enough resolution to print clearly at your selected size.

Additional File Review & Preparation
If your file is not print-ready upon submission and requires additional review, troubleshooting, or customer revisions before it can be produced, additional review time is billed at $100/hour in 30-minute increments. We'll notify you before additional billable review begins.
Not Included
- Resizing artwork
- Color correction or color matching
- Typesetting
- Layout or design changes
- Font outlining or replacement
Payment is due in full when order is placed. Standard turnaround time is 5 business days or a $100 rush fee will apply. All custom orders are final sale.
